It is a great honour and privilege to welcome you all to Cainhoe Wood Golf Club as your Men’s Captain. Our club is more than just a place to play golf, it's a community where friendships are formed, skills are tested, and memories are made. Whether you’re a long-standing member, a newcomer, or visiting us for the first time, I hope you feel the warm and welcoming spirit that makes this club so special.

Cainhoe Wood is an inclusive club holding many competitions and events throughout the year. With the benefit of two courses, a driving range and a fabulous club house where themed nights, quiz evenings, BBQ’S and a great menu can be enjoyed.  

​

I’d like to wish all our members a year of good health and great golf. I’m hoping to see you all around the club and I am always happy to play or socialise with any members new or old and share ideas that you may have so that we can continue the success and growth of the section.

I’d like to wish the Ladies, Seniors and of course our great Junior section continued success throughout the year, and I will endeavour to help and support them as much as I can. I’d also like to wish the section Captain’s all the best for the year.

The Captain’s chosen Charity this year is the Willow Foundation. I’m sure you will all agree this is a fantastic charity and I am sure you will all help to support this as much as you always do.

I look forward to meeting new members, catching up with familiar faces and enjoying a great year with you all.
